Email notifiaction sent from own Domain

I would like to send the following email notifications (submitted Bug, Assigned Bug, etc) from my own domain(sup...@domain.com) instead of "TheBugTrack ". Is this possible?

Due to security reasons, we can't set the email from customer's domain. However we can set the "Reply-to" field customer's email address.
