Error when a user logs in using a gmail account

Hi All

I am currently evaluating TheBugTrack but i am seeing an error when a user is trying to log in, the error message is like this:

Error: [An error has occurred. Please sign in with another account to continue. Details: User (the users email address) has been removed from the account: (the users email address)] error code:[1008]

Does anyone have any idea what this means or how to fix it?, other users seem to be able to log in ok.
