Join us for Worship this Sunday the 15th at 10am. This Sunday: Have you ever seen someone endowed with great gifts and entrusted with great responsibilities do something absolutely foolish? If not, then you haven’t lived in Jersey for very long. Actually, there are probably many of us who have done things we wish we could take back. The truth is, it is possible to be given great gifts and called to a special purpose and still take a plunge to disaster. We’re going to take a look at the strongest weak man in the Bible this Sunday to see how we might avoid such a disaster and how God can restore us even when all seems lost.
Youth Group: Last week the Bridge youth group joined the Point Church youth group in a photo scavenger hunt thus the trip to the beach is postponed. We are now planning a hiking trip for the week of Aug 16th. Details to follow. For any questions or comments please contact Howie. Habitat For Humanity: For last event of SOS 2010 the Bridge Church will be joining the Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity on August 21 between 8:30-3:30. The work site is: 140 Southside Ave. Bridgewater, NJ. The spots have all been filled. However, there is a lunch break between 12-1pm. Those who have not signed up to serve in Habitat for Humanity are welcome to serve as lunch providers for the workers. If you would like to sign up to help with lunch or for any additional information please contact Julia.
