To those coming to the winter meeting!
(please also don't forget to confirm if you haven't done so yet)
Some people have started writing to us about arrival and departure times - and about means of traveling.
I thought that it could be nice to pool this information in order to share rides, hitches or tickets and make things cheaper or just nicer ;)
if you are interested to share your trip plans or details: just email me and i will forward to whoever has confirmed their attendance.
negotiations about a place for the WM are going on, I'll notify you about the results as soon as they are clear.
