Position: Requirements Analysis Technical Lead

Location: Elmhurst, IL Chicago Area or Buffalo, NY

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 12 Months)

Experience: 10+ YEARS

Prior HSBC work experience is mandatory

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

· Total 10+ years of Data Analysis background working at large global financial clients

· Experience with data analysis, BI and design activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level in a global Financial Industry.

· Five plus years of experience in the Financial Industry

· Experience using one or more business intelligence software tools (Cognos, Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau etc.).

· Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (SAS, SPSS, Excel, etc.).

· Knowledge of a querying language such as SQL and the ability to write code without depending on an intermediary, guided interface (drag and drop tool).

· Experience with data warehouse/modelling, data marts/interfaces and knowledge of relational databases

· Ability to identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present data in a way that is intuitive to technical as well as nontechnical users.
