Met a lady who's looking for someone to develop a simple mobile app, any takers? I'll send on the details to anyone who's interested.

Hello! Just found this thread from 2014 that might be what I'm looking for...

Looking for someone to develop a fairly basic travel app for Rome. Android & iPhone. The most difficult functionality part will be creating offline maps.

If anyone on this thread is interested or know of someone who would be, just give me a shout.

Thanks,
JM

Google maps might not work for offline use within another app. Could use Mapbox or something like that though.

Timeline is 6-8 weeks - would like to have it on app stores early July. No figure on budget just yet - wouldn't be massive! I can put together a more detailed spec for someone who is interested and they can quote a reasonable price?

Yeah, I'm not sure google maps will work for this. Mapbox and Nutiteq might be more suitable but someone with more app dev experience will know better than me!

I might be interested, depending on the scale of the app and how far along the design/creative is. If you could send through some more info I'll take a look.
