Hey guys,

It pains me immensely to write this but unfortunately I won't be able to join the amazingness at BVI and must cancel. I was hoping I would be done with recruiting by now but I got a couple of interviews next week that I can't miss. I tried to move them around but at this point I just don't see any way around it.

I am sure it will be a ridiculous trip. Have a great time, drink the 1000 beers and enjoy the craziness for me.

Btw, I will absorb the sunk cost but if there are other costs just let me know.

Hey Guys,

I must join Javier in delivering the bad news. I had to get back to Chicago by Tuesday night for a friend's wedding celebration Wed-Sat. I couldn't reasonably change my flights to ones that would guarantee me back in time with the sailing / ferries / cab timing.

Your beers per capita just went up again. I'll try and live vicariously. I hope the BVI are amazing. I'm sorry.
