Yeah. Same make and model of the other switch.
Figured it out BTW. Turns out one of the runs had a loose connection that connected itself when I put in in the tester but the way the cable hangs out of the jack caused it to come unconnected enough. Sometimes its the stupid things. I'm chalking it up to "Important safety note. Thanks Egon." category and maybe shouldn't be crimping cat5 at 230am after soldering for 18 hours.
