In a series of 5 classes the ancient Indian meditation technique of
Darsan - which engages the power of vision as a channel to higher
awareness - will be explored. Vision will be experienced as the Master
Series which sets and regulates the entire mind/body connection.
Participants will learn that clarity of vision and mind, body posture,
range of movement, stress management, energy levels and emotional well
being are all harmonized and balanced by vision - which acts as
control central through a series of eye movements and exercises that
have come down through the Indian art of dance, the beauty and healing
wonders of vision will be presented.

This program is recommended for dancers, therapists, body workers and
artists and healers of every stripe and type. Classes will be held
from 6:30PM to 8:30PM for 5 consecutive Thursdays starting April 17.
The content of each class is described below:

APRIL 17, SEEING EYE TO EYE – Recognizing the other, basic exercises
and games.

APRIL 24, FRAMING THE PROCESS - The system of fundamental eye
exercises and movements are presented.

MAY 1, THE NECK AND HEAD - How the eyes coordinate the muscles and
movements of the neck and head.

MAY 8, VISION AND POSTURE – How the eyes can re-align and coordinate
the lower back, spine and shoulders in a smooth flow of movement.

MAY 15, CREATING PATTERNS – Application of learning and lessons to
real life experience.

There will be a $100 charge for the entire series of 5 classes.
Payment is cash or check. Enrolment is limited to 15 participants - so
make your reservation early.
