cuDNN v3 available in Theano

I'm happy to annonce that Theano now supports CuDNN V3:

https://developer.nvidia.com/cudnn

The new float16 feature isn't wrapped yet, but is in the pipeline.

You need to update THeano with the command you gave, but also download and install cudnn.

It seem I forgot the link to the instruction:
