Publication to cite for the Thea library?

Dear Vangelis/Chris,

I'm writing my dissertation and will write a chapter on the OWL representation in DynaLearn [1] soon (and hopefully an article afterwards). Should I cite the OWLED09 paper for Thea? Or is there another paper that you would prefer I cite?
