Pirates take surprise 2-0 NLCS lead!!

Pittsburgh's bats woke up late when after trailing 4-3, they get 2 in the 7th and the 4 in both 8th & 9th.

Kansas City made it closer than it really was by scoring 3 in the bottom of the 9th, but still lost handily 13-7.

John Candelaria picked up the win after throwing 2 scoreless innings while Bullet Joe Rogan got the loss.

Series shifts to Pittsburgh where the Monarchs will attempt to turn things around.

Aaron...no disrespect to the Pirates, but KC had a team batting average of .338 with only 1 regular hitting under .300.

they have 6 20+ HR & 100 RBI guys.

KC would unfortunately be favorites against any NL team.

That being said, your Pirates now have a legit chance to head to the series!!

That would be a likely date with the Yankees.

Hope you are doing good...I will do my best to get the Bucs all the way.
