The next demand has been raised by the builder, meaning hereby that we would have ended up paying 85% after this.
Seems they are raising demands a greater pace seeing the progress in the surroundings. Although they are raising it as per the construction schedule.
Can we formulate a WhatsApp group for easy communication? Any suggestions??

Also builder needs to get completion certificate from authority to offer possession. I earlier had a flat in Noida extension and i was informed in that forum that many builders raised offer of possession without completion certificate. If builders do not have that certificate flats can later be deemed as illegal like adarsh society in Mumbai. So we need to keep a track of that as well.

I happened to visit the site last fortnight and was highly disappointed to see the development there. Are we supposed to stay in our flat only or we need water supply, electricity in and around the residences, lifts, final finishing of flats and toilets, some school, bank, postoffice, club/swimming pool, commercial area for purchase of bread and grocery items or we shall carry them from gurgaon/delhi or Noida and the major portion say 80-85% of the flat cost has been paid and it is just not possible to arrange all these things which I have mentioned in just 15% of your balance payment. Taking possession in this condition is not advisable as it may take another 2-3 years for these things to come-up and that too only when there will be occupancy on large scale, we have seen with the buyers of aravali heights and should learn a lesson from those people. Raising a structure does not mean that the payment is construction linked, it includes ID and ED means making all these infra and necessary facilities available there.
Rest is all upto you-whatever you decide. This is an update on cubix, Dharuhera as per my senses.

As all of the buyers have concern about comprehensive external development in the vicinity providing good livelihood with reasonable facility.
All the money the builder is charging are paid to concerned development authority, i.e. HUDA REWARI.
We may collectively approach the concerned official along the developer representative.
We may also confirm whether or not the amount charged in the name of EDC are dully and correctly paid to concerned authority.
If they have paid to them then we have the right to ask for developmental work to be carried out by them.
Simultaneously we may ask builder to speed-up the finishing work as the may be offering possession in March 2017 .
This is the usual practice of all the builder to charge 85% in the name of construction link payment plan and intentionally delay the finishing job with an intention to enjoy the amount paid by buyer in their own interest.
The governing authority are cleverly connived with them and they go hand in hand.
We may collectively pursue the things with Builder,HUDA REWARI and Haryana Govt , if needed to facilitate our genuine interest .
If every thing goes well and builder keeps their commitment , we would be paying heavy EMI to bank against loan taken to settle builders demand at the same time rend for the accommodation we are staying in for next about 1.5 years .
As far i could understand, The main phase of harassment starts only after 85% payment as we would see meager progress on site.
Lets hope for good in timer to come.
