Cubix : Construction Issues

Dear Team,

I do have a Unit in  Cubix Project and visited the Site recently to have an update for the Construction Status. 

I appreciate the pace on which work is going on. But, highly disappointed with the Development nearby , connectivity to Cubix, and Construction design for our flats. 

Number of Cubix Buyers already pointed this number of times earlier, but still there is no action onto it. 

Please do address for the issue points, we raised multiple times :

1. We paid almost complete EDC, but there is no infra development for the EDC we paid. There is no proper connectivity, no development in nearby area.

2. In every Unit, we noticed that we do have Fix Window and there is no option to open it. Then what is the use of Window? Where are the ventilation points? What , if we need to fit AC? And why , even the Sliding doors are fixed on one side and not sliding with both?

These are the 2-key points , we are communicating for long, but not yet addressed. Please do look into this, before it's too late.
