 Dear  Cubix Owners,

The main motive of forming this group is to persuade builder for early completion as of now we had paid about 75% to 85 % payment to the builder.
As a general practice now they keep the project pending for furnishing as they will only be paid balance 15-25% payment and they need to incur havey amount for fittings required for furnishing as well as they need to develop surrounding and facility like club house, pool, play area, common facilities etc. for which we have already paid.
Some times they take the advantage of non performance of local authority  as they need to built road, Provide Electricity, Street light, Sewerage connection and final completion/ occupation certificate etc. In this matter we may collectively support the builder if he is in mood to give early delivery.
The Site is good and ideally located . Near by surrounding are developing fast. Job opportunities are available in industrial/ Institutional areas. It has good connectivity by NH-8 and proposed bullet train connectivity between Delhi -Alawar will certainly enhance the demand in the vicinity.
Please keep us updated  about project and be in touch with each other. Unity always pays and help achieve common goal.
