Sane was the case with me. Mr neeraj Mishra has left the Cubix Builder after throwing all SBI housing loan takers to Gokalpuri br - trans yamuna where he was staying and then shift of HO of cubix project and could be that there is change in ownership of the project builders and many more internal issues due to which we were in suspence for 4th instalment. Housing loan people can ask Mr Irshaad or Mr Sajjan to directly collect the payment from resp. Ba.ks after debiting margin money from your s/b acts. If some one can send the latest pics of A-2 tower pl.

Hi All,

I am a new joinee in this group. I have my booking in A2-1106 and recently got the Demand Note for 4th installment.
But, worst part is : Even after continuously chasing them, they are not sending the demand notes on emails and also not giving the enough time for payment. Ideally atleast 15-days is the duration for the payment due date from the time of issue.But, I got the letter on 27th Feb and last date is 4th March.

All, please share if all are having the same concern.

Neeraj chewed the processing fee/commission on housing loans and it was a nexus between neeraj, nikhil and vijay kumar-manager SBI gokalpuri. Don't expect to get any reply or phone call from neeraj and nikhil atleast now. Dont get panic, things can be managed.
