(We have the plan for world peace, the overview concept. It is the
creation of an international government based on fair and equitable
practices, and for the economic structure, the cooperation of nature.
The plan, for it to be accepted, must prove it can solve the issues
mankind is facing. Our organization has been working to introduce
through our web page and embassy newsletters solutions to the issues
various nations are facing. Step by step, we are working to end the
crisis in Iraq. The reason Iraq plays such a major role is that in
some way, every individual on the planet has been affected.)
The Grand Lie was told to justify the occupation of Iraq. It was one
small, logical step for one man, and a major leap for the rest of the
world. The truth cannot overcome the Grand Lie. Now no one knows who
to trust. The proverbial pendulum has swung, and at the extreme point
both sides appear to be standing on legitimate grounds. Every
perspective is valid because it is based on a lifetime of experiences,
but it is oftentimes hard to know which side is standing on the
principles of fairness and equality, and which side is standing on the
power games. In fact, the roles may even switch, and the two parties
defend each other's positions! (In the near future, we will introduce
a PowerPoint presentation that demonstrates that President Bush and
Osama bin Laden appear(ed) to have the same goals as part of the act
of revenge against Saddam Hussein.)
The issue of distrust is why our World Peace Plan must demonstrate it
has the capacity to solve the world's problems. The Grand Lie started
the dissolution of the old paradigm. It was a power game, a grab for
power, an act of revenge, but also a genocide because of the
judgment. This is why an international court system based on a
legitimate international rule of law is necessary. The present system
is based on the old paradigm that is oppressive to the people. But,
the old paradigm is crumbling. The games no longer work, and now the
world leaders are jockeying for power. Who will demonstrate the
capacity to end the crisis? If your plan does not solve the problem,
it makes the crisis worse. That is why our World Peace Plan has the
capacity to stand against the existing international institutions.
Their intent has already been demonstrated and no one will agree to
the old oppressive games.
When the crisis in Iraq started, the Iraqi people were aware they
stood on the world stage, and acted with aplomb. It was as if the
judgment against Saddam Hussein didn't apply to them. But, "acting
innocent" does not protect you from prejudice and ulterior motives. It
backs you into a proverbial corner. The judgment against Saddam
Hussein was the justification for taking control of the oil reserves,
not removing an oppressive dictator. The world has many oppressive
dictators! The crisis devolved into a civil war. The Iraqis have small
arms to defend themselves, but not the understanding of their
(inalienable) rights to live without interference, or an international
structure that upholds their right to be sovereign. It is standing on
your inalienable rights that allows you to stand against oppression,
and that prevents the oppression from devolving into a feud, and it
enables you to come out of the corner.
A parliamentary system of government can be manipulated by outside
forces. A weak central government cannot agree on its laws, and
therefore cannot handle disputes between its factions. Iraq didn't
want to fall back into the trap of a strong leader again, and agreed
to a parliamentary system. (The same reaction occurred in American's
revolution/evolution.) Divisions were created because they can't agree
on who has the rights to the oil revenues. There is no way to make it
fair to all people under the present plan, and no way for the United
States to retain oil reserves or a presence in the Middle East. Iraq
must have a strong central government to enable the oil revenues to
benefit all people. It must have a judicial system that is based on a
legitimate rule of law, created by a government that represents all
the people fairly and equally.
Every nation has the right to create its own legal system, based on
its culture or religion. No one outside the nation has the right to
interfere, because there will always be resistance. The change must
come when people realize the old structure is no longer functioning.
But, the crisis in Iraq has shown every person on the planet that the
games played to gain power and prestige, and for control of natural
resources, are oppressive to the people. Enough is enough. There is no
need to grab for natural resources when the proposed international
government can maintain a nation's resources at their highest levels
and make trade agreements that benefit everyone. We can demonstrate
the process and enable Iraq to move forward in its progress, and allow
everyone one else to do so, also. The incentive is that everyone has
the capacity to function on a far higher level, and disputes will be
settled in a legitimate international court system rather than the
battlefield. Everyone will have a voice in their government, one of
the requirements for world peace.
The Democratic Republic of Congo has been torn apart by rebel
factions, also, each facing out of the country and supported by
neighboring governments. The genocide in Rwanda spilled over into that
country and is still killing people. Their natural resources have been
plundered to pay for arms. They have managed to make great progress in
creating their government, but are still attempting to end the crisis
in the eastern regions, and to find a sense of stability. They can
create an international presence, standing equal to all the nations,
by supporting the World Peace Plan, becoming students of the plan, and
then advocates of this aspect, and then teachers to the rest of the
world on this topic at the conference when the nations meet to create
the new international government.
