New Embassy Newsletter offers Local Courts system to handle disputes

The present international legal system is not adequate to end disputes
between nations. There is no requirement to be a signatory of the
present structure, and so disputes between nations are not resolved.

The United States is not a signatory because there would be an
avalanche of court cases, some legitimate complaints and others
frivolous. It may appear to be in the U.S.'s best interest to ignore
the complaints, but there is a backlash of anger building, and at some
point in time, it will become explosive. Some people believe that
point is not far away. The solution is the creation of a legitimate
court system through the proposed international government. By
participation in the proposed international government, it wipes away
the past complaints because the United States is offering others the
opportunity to function on a far higher level. By extending our
constitutional rights to others, we regain the power and peace we have
denied others.

The rights are inalienable, granted to everyone on the planet by the
Creator of us all. The power games governments and people play to gain
power and prestige are backlashing. They never had the capacity to
help, it was an Illusion because of the time it took to return to the
perpetrator of the games. For conflict resolution, we must stand on
the principles of the inalienable rights.

Kuwait has been in a vulnerable position, and joined with Saudi Arabia
to stand against Saddam Hussein's oppression. In response, they opened
themselves to outside ( U.N.) forces to protect their security and
capacity.

Victimization, and creating a Coalition in the face of oppression
triggers the next response from the oppressors. It can back the
"victim into the proverbial corner." When there is oppression, there
is a series of response and counter-responses, and eventually, the
entire structure is entirely off balance. The solution is to stand on
the principles of the inalienable rights, and create a legitimate
court system that allows disputes to be handled fairly, and recourse
to change what is unfair. This solution stands on the principles of
conflict resolution. Basically, third party arbitration will handle
the disputes, and courts will be created in every nation to prevent
disputes from progressing to the point of bloodshed.

Dear Karen,

 

     That's a good idea, i hope that your agenda will be taken up by the United Nations, League of Nations, and other groups of nations that are allied to take up how legal systems can work out internationally. It's not only the United States who will work out on this, it should be a consensus of all the nations on earth especially their respective LEADERS. Your idea is like Atlantic and Pacific ocean for me, but who knows someday this will be realized only God knows.
