to The World Peace Plan
The progress to create the proposed international government is taking
another step. The embassy books have gone out, and it is time to
address the first proposal of the plan. We have been introducing the
plan step by step, and now it is time to start to make it a reality.
The embassy books play a very important role by explaining the power
games that governments play, and how there is always a backlash to the
games. If one grabs for power, the ultimate conclusion is that he
loses power. There are five games that governments play, and they lead
to war, genocide, massacres, enslavement and famine, and terrorism.
The embassy book explains how the War in Iraq evolved, calls it a
genocide because of its evolution, and puts the responsibility in the
hands of President George Bush and his administration. It offers an
exit strategy for the genocide in Iraq, and calls for mediation
between President Bush and a surviving lieutenant from Saddam
Hussein's government, that the dispute be tried in a court system by
third party arbitration, just as the proposed international government
will handle disputes.
The world leaders now understand how power games evolve, but to point
fingers at President Bush, they also are making themselves responsible
for all the power games they have played within their own country.
This will take some soul-searching on their part.
This week, President Bush's book, "Decision Points" is coming out, and
in it he discusses the many aspects of his presidency, and says that
he hopes history will decide he was a successful president. To achieve
that success, he must assume responsibility for what he has done, work
to undo the damage, and enable everyone to function on a far higher
level. Our plan enables him to have his success, but he must address
the mediation and the court case to have it.
While that continues to evolve...
Our next step is to start the process within the United States to
create the constitutional amendment. We are taking the route of an
Article V constitutional convention, which means it must come by the
application to Congress by 34 or more (out of 50) state legislatures.
This is coming from the people of the United States, not our
government. This has never been accomplished in the history of the
United States. Many times the process has been attempted, but Congress
has not been willing to allow it to occur because it could lead to a
"runaway process," used frivolously. They do not wish to give up their
power.
Now is a good time for it to be successful, because the recent
elections demonstrate the Democrats have lost power to the
Republicans. Now President Obama and Congress must come up with a
plan. We believe this is the only plan to which everyone will agree.
This process is important for the world to watch. A constitution
delineates the structure of the government, and must must not be
amended easily, but only when the culture has evolved enough to make
amendment necessary. A constitution must not be filled with strictures
that apply on the law level. By including in the constitution laws
people hope will be inviolate, they undermine their constitution. If
the U.S. Constitution is to be the basis for the international
constitution, the international government must not fall into the same
trap that many governments have fallen into.
It is time for a series of books, similar to the embassy books, to go
out to our Congress. It is time to draw our government into the plan.
Our organization is starting the process to amend the constitution to
include the additional layer of government, and working to guarantee
that every person on the planet is given the same rights we as
Americans enjoy under our Constitution.
