to The World Peace Plan
First, let me wish everyone a Happy New Year! World peace is coming,
and this year we are actually taking the steps to make it a reality.

Many people are worried about the future, and see no solutions. For
them, the future holds only slow decline or down quickly into major
crises. Few see how things can improve. This is the rationale for our
new marketing idea specifically for people of the United States.

We are not leaving anyone out of world peace, we will never do that,
but the first proposal for The World Peace Plan is to the United
States. Many people are watching now to see whether America will
accept the plan. For a short time, we will focus on the United States,
and then move forward, step by step, creating the other proposals.

For those who live in others countries, please allow me to explain one
thing. Power in the U.S. government is derived from the people. You
may see our president as very powerful, and he is, but he is not above
the law. This peace plan must come from the people, through an
amendment process to our Constitution, not from the president. He can
support the plan, but with a constitutional amendment, he has one
vote, the same as everyone else.

A constitution is a document that forms a government. It should not be
changed easily, but only when the culture has evolved far enough to
make it a necessity. There are two ways to amend the U.S.
Constitution. One route, through Congress, has been taken only 27
times since the 1700s. The other route, called an Article V
constitutional amendment convention, has never been successful. One
reason is that Congress--our legislative branch--does not wish to turn
over some of its power to the states. Now may be the time to employ
the second process, because Congress has a very low approval rating,
and doesn't have a plan that solves the problems.

This plan must come from the people. The people of the United States
must assume responsibility, and take back the power we have turned
over to our government and to the "powerful elite."

The target date of 11/11/11 has been set aside for constitutional
amendment convention. The problem has been to introduce the plan on a
large enough level to influence Congress to act on this. We must bring
in many people, educate them about the plan, encourage them to ask
their state legislators to apply to Congress, delegates must be
chosen, and then Congress must hold the convention. Thirty four of the
state legislatures must make the application, and then thirty eight
state legislatures must agree to the amendment.

Our marketing idea is called "U.S. Survival Cards." They "create a
sense of unity and diversity, and leave no stone unturned."

The cards introduce the plan, and open it to debate, but in a unique
way. It functions the same way the proposals are being introduced,
starting with the United States, and creates a sense of conflict
resolution.

Imagine the United States is like a family, and there has been a
financial crisis, and conflict between various members because of
differing goals. One individual offers the plan, and opens it to
debate. Is this something we wish to do? How will this affect us as
individuals and as a family? Can someone think of a better plan? Then,
everyone works together to bring it about, writing letters to the
state representatives or to the newspaper. This creates a sense of
trust, and sets the stage for future plans.

Then, everyone orders his or her own set of cards, and sends them to
their friends. Now, imagine the plan is introduced to our allies. We
explain how the plan will benefit them, and again, this creates a
sense of trust, and sets the stage for future agreements.

Then, our allies open the debate within their own countries, amongst
their own people.

It goes family..... friends.... family.... friends, and so on. No one
will be left out of the debate.

We are just starting the process with U.S. Survival Cards within the
United States. For people who live in the United States, they will be
available shortly, and can be purchased on our webpage.
