The Constitutional Amendment Project

President Obama has set aside this summer to be time for individuals
to volunteer on projects to help the United States back on its feet.
The "Renew America Together" webpage enables people to sign up for
various projects and events. The Constitutional Amendment Project is
listed under "Constitutional Amendment Convention" and "97415" for the
keywords.

This is the first major step in creating The World Peace Plan, but not
necessarily the first overall step. If the United States chooses not
to participate, we will just keep them informed, and aware that our
government can join at any time, and we will keep walking forward.

It is up to the people of any nation to decide when it is time to take
a step. The World Peace Plan must address every issue and every need.
That is why open debate is so important. The plan stands on the
inalienable rights, and therefore, no government can stop it from
coming. In other words, a government governs with the consent of the
people, and it is up to the people to decide.

So, the first minor step is to open this to debate.

We know what we don't want, now it is time to decide what we do want.
