to The World Peace Plan
Our organization is taking the first step in the actual creation of
the proposed international government. Month by month, we are taking
it from the planning process into making it a reality.
The first country is the United States. We are calling for an Article
V constitutional amendment convention to be held 11/11/11, a day
symbolizing unity on every level.
The World Peace Plan is being debated within the diplomatic community
in Washington, DC, and many people are waiting for the U.S. government
to announce their support for the plan. But, the creation of the
proposed international government will not come from the governments.
It will come from the people, when the people are ready. Mankind has
to have evolved far enough along to demand the creation of the
international government because the old structure no longer will be
tolerated.
Around the world, the people are rising in protest against unfair
government practices. The games the governments play to gain power.
prestige, procure natural resources or strategic footholds in other
nations, are oppressive to the people. As the peoples rise in protest,
their voices will not be heard unless they can offer a plan that
allows everyone to function on a higher level. Our plan is the
solution, because it benefits everyone.
The world leaders that are facing protests are used to being the one
to hold all the power in that nation. They don't understand that
within the United States, the power the government has is derived from
the people. The president of the United States plays no part in
amending the Constitution. He or she has one vote, equal to everyone
else.
There are two routes to take to amend the Constitution. One is for
Congress to call for a vote, and the second, which has never been
successfully accomplished in the history of our nation, is an Article
V amendment convention, functioning the way our Founding Fathers
created our Constitution. The state legislatures apply to Congress to
hold the convention. Thirty four or more states must apply, and then
Congress will convene the convention, and then thirty eight states
must ratify the amendment. This process has not been successful to
this point because Congress does not wish to turn over their power to
the states.
The U.S. Founding Fathers includes this option in the Constitution to
enable the states to regain their power when Congress is no longer
solving the problems. Many constitutional scholars and law professors
are saying it is time for an Article V convention to be held.
But, to hold a convention does not guarantee that The World Peace Plan
will be included amongst the other amendment proposals. We are
lobbying the state legislatures to tell them of our plan. This is a
grassroots movement, and many states require that we be registered to
lobby. To this point we have been actively lobbying in six states.
Our grassroots movement is more than just drawing people into lobbying
process. People want to know how to create the life they want. Our
U.S. Survival cards help to end the conflict in families, with
everyone working together, sharing their talents and gifts, to help
simulate the economy. That builds trust and leads to future win-win
agreements. Families work together to find a niche, and then market
their niche with their friends, who do the same with their families.
The proposed international government is based on the principles of
the cooperation of nature. Under the plan, every nation will find its
niche based on its natural resources, and the international government
will find markets, with fair and equitable trade agreements. Nations
will market their natural resources with their allies. The same will
occur on the individual level, and the process is starting now with
our global grassroots movement.
