The Reunification of North and South Korea

reunification of North and South Korea. It carries the plan for world
peace one step further by addressing how to bring in a "rogue nation."
We are walking forward step by step, offering proposals first to the
"Axis of Evil" nations. They are the most likely to come into the
World Peace Plan movement because of the judgment placed on them. They
may participate because of the principle of equality.
There are many world peace plans, but what makes ours unique is that
it offers incentives for the world's leaders to participate. You
would think the loss of lives would be sufficient, but as they gain
office, they are aware they hold the people's lives in their hands.
People have to be able to get what they want. Some want power, some
success, some to be "good." The judgment placed on the Axis of Evil
leaders put them down, and so they want equality.
The games continue until an innocent person is crucified, but, it is
not a sure bet, because the Axis of Evil leaders have relied on the
power games, also. We are therefore offering many proposals and
allowing them to leverage the leaders. Others see the solutions and
understand how it will benefit the recipients, and support the plan.
Step by step, we are unraveling an illusion. The illusion is that the
power games appeared to enable the player to gain power and prestige,
but the end result is that he or she has lost power. The person in
crisis doesn't see where he or she is because his perspective has
narrowed at that point, and he sees no solution.
Our plan sets up a framework for the nations to function within. North
and South Korea are sovereign nations, functioning individually,
trying to make an economic and political presence, but if they wish to
function without interference, they must work together. They are
turned around, 180 degrees from where they think they are. It would
appear that to draw in Kim Jong Il is to draw together all the
stakeholders and place sanctions on him, but North Korea is poverty
stricken and the people are starving, and forcing the issue is counter-
productive. He wants security because he has placed a huge wall around
himself and doesn't trust anyone.
Consider that if you stand on the principles of equality, liberty,
freedom, compassion, abundance, capacity and tolerance, and are doing
what is in everyone's best interest, you become invulnerable. If North
Korea participates in the proposed international government, Kim Jong
Il becomes equal in power to all the other leaders. If there is a
dispute, it will be settled by third party arbitration. The Department
of Defense will make sure he doesn't have to worry about security. The
financial departments will ensure their natural resources and
manufactured items are marketed on the world market. The Department of
Agriculture will make sure the North Koreas have an abundance of food.
If they pollute the environment, they will be required to clean up the
mess they have made. All of this will be done without other nations
stepping in to deal with the crisis. By turning over responsibility to
the One World Government, the other nations solve their problems.
There is no need to go to war to get what you need, or to defend
yourself.
Now, more on the individual/ organization level...
The World Peace Organization for the One World Government functions
the same way the proposed One World Government will function. The
principles set up a framework, just the way a constitution sets up a
government, and each of the nations agrees to function within the
framework because they can get their life on a higher level by doing
so. Each of the 200 independent members of the organization is
parallel to a nation or an institution, and as we resolve our
problems, we "test" the solution, and offer it to the world's leaders.
The events in my own life have paralleled the events Iraq is facing,
and so I can speak from my own personal experience on the subject.
Each individual creates a project, and is the boss of the project.
That functions like an economic niche that enables each of us to
function on an economic basis. The principles enable us to create win-
win agreements to get what we need, just like as each of the nations
will create win-win agreements, and the One World Government will make
market the nation's resources and make trade agreements.
The creation of the organization itself was the first step, and the
parallel is to introduce the World Peace Plan based on the principles
of the U.S. Constitution (fair and equitable practices), and the
cooperation of nature. This allows every person on the planet to
function on a higher level.
The next step is to publish and send the embassy newsletters, each
containing a proposal to one nation, solving that nation's problems
based on the principles.
We are also working on the individual level to introduce information.
If we can publish newsletters, we can also publish books and booklets,
on the entire plan and on each of the projects our independent members
are working on. "On The Rainbow Peace Store" is the next logical step.
The books are not always sufficient. We also offer our classes,
speaking from our own experience. "Getting Out of the Abyss" classes
allow us to work one on one. The classes will draw in people
exponentially through our Social Conscience Cards, and spin off into
the Faith of the Pure Ray "churches" in the future. More information
is available on our web pages on how they will function.
Feedback is important, and our tent tours allow us to solve problems
on a community-wide basis. Each of the projects will "take the show on
the road."
That leads us to the Constitutional Amendment project. We have to
amend our Constitution to add the international level, and begin the
debate on a state to state basis. Are the people of the United States
ready to create the proposed international government? The idea must
take on a life of its own, and answer all the questions and fears
people will have about it.
That allows us to offer it in our advisory segment. This is the
application of the proposals. The foreign governments are also
involved, and if the United States does not participate, there is no
reason the other nations won't be interested. Each of us is a citizen
of our nation, but also a citizen of the world... and even the
Universe. The plan must be accepted and supported by the people, and
as the people of the world watch us function, we are building a sense
of trust. We are demonstrating our intent.
That allows us to purify the U.S. legal system. The U.S. Constitution
functions on a very high level, but certain practices have been
introduced that don't, and before the plan can be officially
introduced, those practices must be purified to prevent them from
spreading onto the international level.
Our organization does not have the plenipotentiary power to make
policy, and so we must solve the problems of those that will listen to
us and do how the power, and so we will teach them and they will
become the advocates of the plan.
That leads to the next step, which is the official debate by the
world's leaders. We will host a conference of the world's leaders, and
start the process to write the Constitution. The invitations will go
out to the peoples of the nations, and it will be up to them to decide
if they will approach their governments and encourage them to
participate.
We have come full circle at that point, and will make ourselves
available to any nation that wishes our services. It will be up to the
world governments to carry the idea forward.
Spinning off...
The plan will continue to spin off and draw in more people. We are
opening for debate many ideas for projects, including technological
inventions. Please exercise your voice. If you see something you don't
like, speak up.
For world peace to come,
Every person on the planet must be able to create his or her life
without interference,
Be treated fairly and equally,
and how a voice in his or her government.

Independent members are paid employees, but there are only three full
time, permanent members. The rest are part time and temporary, and are
mostly associated with the conference that we will host for the
world's leaders when the plan is officially debated. The three
permanent positions are already filled.
The second form of membership is affiliate, and anyone who supports
the plan is welcome to join. Their names are added to our membership
list on our web page. (You can add your name to the list by going onto
the membership page and filling out the form and submitting it.)
Affiliate membership allows us to demonstrate to the world's leaders
how much support there is for the plan. In effect, it is like a seed
for the idea has been planted and, believe it or not, the governments
listen to the people.
Our organization is based on principles that allow everyone to
function on a far higher level. The plan set up a framework where
every person on the planet finds a niche based on talents and gifts,
and creates win-win agreements to get what they need to create their
life. Basically, once the framework is complete (and it is) we become
a network of projects based on the same principles. The organization
has only 200 people, all working together, (the first 200 people) but
the framework draws in every person on the planet, and the people are
drawn in as we introduce our proposals and open them to debate. The
principle of the cooperation of nature is the basis for the economic
structure. The organization/framework is like a beehive, and everyone
works to create their own aspect of it.
The first proposal addresses the issue of ending the power games that
governments and people play. The games are oppressive, and many people
are standing in protest. That implies a better plan must be
implemented that supercedes the games and allows people to function on
a higher level.
The next proposal is the reaction to that, and it is that each of us
has inalienable rights. The U.S. Constitution is based on our
inalienable rights, and the United States can gain back some of the
power we have lost by playing the Game of Pride, which leads to war.
By guaranteeing every person on the planet the same inalienable rights
U.S. citiizens have, it allows us to undo the damage we have done, and
to regain our power, but under the rule that there must be no more
wars.
After our fifty projects are introduced and opened to debate, there
will be spin off ideas, and soon every person on the planet will be
able to utilize the principles to create their own ideas.
Taking an example from recent history, there was a need for plastic,
and a small group of people perfected the material, and then it went
out to apply the idea to every person on the planet. Now, you can find
millions of applications for plastic. Everyone benefits, but someday,
someone may find there are better alternatives, and we will let
plastic slide into history.
To support the plan, the best thing you can do is to open the debate
with your family and friends, and decide what you like and don't like
about the ideas. As the ideas are spread out, people will decide what
is to be no longer tolerated, and this will peg the idea at a certain
level, and no one will agree to anything less than that idea. It is
imperative that everyone participate in the plan's creation. No one
will protest if they have had their say when it is created.
