The World Peace Plan is spinning off to address the issue of Iraq. We
now have a separate Google Group page to address that issue step by
step. We are looking at the steps to Iraq's sovereignty to the point
of the creation of the international government. This page will remain
the overview of the World Peace Plan.

The present international structure does not have a way to solve
disputes between nations. A nation does not have to be a signatory of
the International Criminal Court. The World Peace Plan, through the
issue of Iraq, will address the creation of a court system to resolve
disputes through third party arbitration. As the proposed
international government is created, Iraq will stand on the principles
of a globally-recognized court system.

Other nations and their issues will be addressed shortly. These
nations will become advocates for the resolution of an issue as the
proposed international government is debated. Our organization does
not have the credibility or power to carry an idea through to
fruition, so we are introducing ideas through various U.S. senators,
individuals "of power" in a field, and foreign governments. They,
then, will become the teachers of the concept. For example, our next
nation will be The Democratic Republic of Congo, which is one step
ahead of Iraq in rebuilding following a genocide, and that nation will
teach Iraq how to create a new government.
