Our proposal to Lebanon...

went out this week to the foreign embassies in Washington, DC. It is
the final newsletter of the year.

Our first volume offers proposals to the "Axis of Evil" nations.
Because of this judgment placed on them, they are more likely to be
open to the offer of equality to the other world's leaders.

The proposal to Lebanon looks at the issue of terrorism, and of
Hezbollah.

The present plan for dealing with terrorism is not working, and is
making the crisis worse. The root cause of terrorism is not that
"some people are good, and some people are bad, and the bad people are
trying to hurt the good people." Who is to be the judge? The root
cause of terrorism is that "people 'on the bottom' (searching for a
solution to a problem) have no voice in a matter of grave concern, and
must raise their voice to be heard, oftentimes to the point of
violence."

Terrorism is a power game, and must not be condoned, especially when
it draws in innocent people. Denying someone a voice is also a power
game. The games no longer work. There is always a backlash to the
power games. Instead of gaining power, the player of the games loses
power.

The solution to the issue of terrorism is the creation of the proposed
international government. Every person on the planet will have a voice
in its creation, and the issues that lead to the protests will be
addressed.

Have a voice in the creation of the One World Government. Open it to
debate amongst your friends and family. We can introduce the idea of
an international government, but its final result is dependent on the
participation of each of us.

reliable statistics to turn over to the governments.

The first two surveys are finished. They cover the proposals to the
United States and Iraq. Our next survey will be for the Saudi Arabian
proposal, and will be online by Friday. Please take some time to offer
