Hello there!

Wow.  It's been a hot, dry, month, and I hope everyone is staying safe and in the shade!

This month, we'll have our club meeting in-person at The Woodlands Central Fire Station EOC (upstairs) Thursday evening (July 21st) at 7PM (address: 9951 Grogans Mill Rd, Spring, TX 77380).

If you have something to 'show 'n' tell', bring it along!

As far as discussion topics go:

Naturally, if you have something to 'show and tell', by all means, bring it along.

I'd like to hear from those that managed to participate in the ARRL field day.

And, perhaps we'll discuss Packet Radio this month.

We typically offer FCC amateur radio license testing on odd numbered months, so, this is expected to be available if needed at the meeting on Thursday, but I have not heard of anyone needing/wanting testing, nor whether there will be sufficient people present.

If you're available, I hope to see you there!

Best Regards,
Peter KE5STL

Peter,

I will not be able to attend this month…if you need the testing papers, please let me know and maybe meet somewhere to hand them off.

Peter

I will be there at a little prior to 7 PM

If testing is needed I will be available but need 3 VEs.

Very interested in Packet radio discussion.

I have just obtained a Kantronics KAM XL to work on HF and packets plus more.
