2025 May Club Meeting Thursday the 15th

Hey there everyone!
Our regular club meeting is coming up this Thursday, the 15th of May, 7PM at the EOC room at The Woodlands Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogans Mill Rd, Spring, TX 77380 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/LdAGzd3UfNjKk6N6A) (upstairs, through the often-closed hallway door - knock if closed, then left into the EOC)
If you have any items to 'show-n-tell', by all means, bring it/them along, and you'll have some time to talk about the item(s).
This month, I expect there will be at least some conversation about how the Ironman went, and some about The Woodlands Triathlon too.
With both of those events done, it completes the early set of 3 events, one per month, supporting sporting events of various types, directly by myself and many others in and around The Woodlands, and, quite a few from farther afield. I truly appreciate everyone showing up and help. It takes a village to make these events be successful.
We also have, in October, the '10 for Texas' run event. Before you know it, it will be at our door.
We also have at least 3 persons interested in taking tests for either new or upgrades to their license, so, VEs, please, make sure you attend. We need at least one more VE to make the minimum count needed. As many as attend can sign-on as being involved, so there's no down-side to having more than the minimum needed. Much appreciated!
I *suspect* there may be another person attending with a rather unusual, outsized item to show and tell. Let's see if that happens.
Of course, I'm sure there will be some other topics raised for discussion too.
