2024 December club meeting Thursday 19th, 7PM

Hey there everyone (that includes, surprise, surprise: YOU)!

Our regular club meeting is coming up this Thursday, the 19th of December, 7PM at the EOC room at The Woodlands Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogans Mill Rd, Spring, TX 77380 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/LdAGzd3UfNjKk6N6A) (upstairs, through the often-closed hallway door - knock if closed, then left into the EOC)

I'm open to any topics for discussion.  Let me know if you have a specific topic, but, I'm sure that once we get started, the time will go, and we'll have touched on multiple topics by the time we depart.

If you have any items to 'show-n-tell', by all means, bring it/them along, and you'll have some time to talk about the item(s).

I think we'll likely hear an update about radio equipment at the fire station as that continues to evolve.

Reminder: The Houston Marathon is still recruiting for help.  It's a good event to work.  Lots of people involved, lots of moving pieces.  Please do sign up to help if you have availability and willingness to be part of that.  https://www.hmhams.org

Another event, a little bit further off, is the CERT Rodeo, February 15th (Saturday).

Might be interesting to hear about any gobsmacking deals around amateur radio that people found during the black friday / cyber week.
