10 for Texas is right around the corner

Hello everyone!

Yep, the 10 for Texas (Saturday, October 11th) is very close now.

Firstly, to those that have already signed up to help, a huge thank you!  If you can spread the word about the event, that is another way to go a above and beyond.

The roles are all fixed location assignments, with a good portion of the course able to be handled by observing both-way traffic from your assigned location.

A hand-held is typically sufficient to get the job done, thanks to repeaters being used.

This is a great event to help with.  It's relatively quick (the entire event will probably be done by around 10:30am), particularly if you're relatively new to supporting sporting events.

Your help is very much appreciated.  It takes all of us to have a successful event.
