[BID][NAVE Team] Request of usage of room 2.26 projection Rig

Good Morning Professor Monchu and MET team.

We are the Team NAVE, currently developing a project for the Basic
Interaction Design Class under the direction of Professor Valentina
Nisi.

Our project is about designing a path where user would experience the
d-day on normandy, entering a football stadium,etc...

With the purpose of doing an experience prototype (Slot 1) and a later
Video shoot (Slot 2) we would like permission to use the video
projection rig on room 2.26 on the projected following dates:

- slot 1 : Monday 14 : 14:00 - 16:00

- slot 2: thursday 17 : 14:00 - 16:00

in attach follows a pdf with the initial concept description.

Team What 'r' u, does the proposed time slot conflict with any of your ongoing activities?

Team NAVE, once I get confirmation from Team What 'r' u, please coordinate with MET students to use the space.
You will be responsible for
1) any lost and damage to the properties in that room,
2) the cleanness of the room, and
3) return all hardware, software, equipment configuration back to the condition/setting before you use the room.

Hi all,

It does not conflict with our activities for that room, no problem there.

However, if you need to use any of our equipments, I need to know beforehand which ones, specially regarding operating system as we are able to run both MAC and PC but at this moment, only the MAC is running in the CAVE setup so if you need windows let me know.
