There is an E-mail going around about a series of books in which a man
named Neale Donald Walsh has written.
The following are the nine books in the Conversations with God series.
Each of these books is a conversation between Neale Donald Walsch and
"God" with the following two exceptions: "Communion with God" is
written only by "God", and "Conversations with God for Teens" compiles
questions for God written by teens.
Conversations with God Book 1 (1995)
Conversations with God Book 2 (1997)
Conversations with God Book 3 (1998)
Friendship with God (1999)
Communion with God (2000)
Conversations with God for Teens (2001)
The New Revelations (2002)
Tomorrow's God: Our Greatest Spiritual Challenge (2003)
Home with God: In a Life That Never Ends (2006)
The first three books in the series are often called the CwG trilogy.
Home with God tells us that it is the final book in the series.
These books are not Christian in content. In fact they are far from
it. Neal Donald Walsch has pretty much formed a cult. His website is
disturbing to say the least. The books are, however, not new. He
began publishing these books in 1995. There also has been a movie of
the same name released in 2006. These type books are all part of a
so called "new age" spirituality movement, much the same as the Ekhart
Tolle's, "A New Earth", now being taught by Oprah Winfrey. I was
requested to put this information on our site, in order for people to
be aware of these books and their false teachings. A quick google
search will give you all the information you need about these
writings. The Bible will give you all the information you need to
live.
