Literacyworks.org
http://www.literacyworks.org/mi/assessment/cgi-bin/results.cgi Maybe older high school Over 50 questions may take awhile, but gives a range 1-5 of how much it describes you. Allows more for degrees rather than picking only one. Points out may use others a lot too if score higher than 3. Gives suggestions of ways to maximize or utilize it. Maybe long for some.
Gives you score in each with descriptors for your highest 3.

Edutopia
Labeled as Learning Styles but is Multiple Intelligences
http://www.edutopia.org/multiple-intelligences-learning-styles-quiz Junior high or high school “I’d hate to” to “I’d jump at the chance.” Sometimes a difference between what we prefer to do (I would jump at the chance to get lost in a good book) and what we actually do based on our circumstances (right now I only have time to read for online school and for teaching).OR “not like me at all” or “a lot like me” depending on the question. Creates a bar graph and each label links to more information.
Piedmont Education System
Learning styles
http://www.pesdirect.com/lsitest1.html Older elementary through high school Seldom, some, often.
Link to information about each style
Accelerated learning
http://www.acceleratedlearning.com/method/test_flash.html 35 questions. Same categories as intelligences tests. Could see bar graph change as answered each question. Wondered if might sway choices if you had preconceived idea of what you are. Also when you finished the test , the bar graph went away ad they asked for e-mail so they could send results, and the occasional ad for their products.
Learning Profile Questionnaire
By Youssef Elias
This survey was pulled from the book "How to Differentiate Instruction in Mixed-Ability Classrooms" By Carol A. Tomlinson.
https://docs.google.com/previewtemplate?id=0AoTsLnwMBgkjdG5MWFBXMkd2emJDNmpILThWbWRyUFE&mode=public Helps organize data for teachers.
“This simple survey will give a teacher an idea of the various student learning styles in his/her classroom. Using the Dis-Aggregation sheet, a teacher can filter by individual periods, gender, or student's response on favorite subject question.”

These are printable surveys—not ones that show instant results online. Teachers would need to record data. Site gives several suggestions for ways to organize and use information. Explains use of information for class profiles as well.
