Greeting ,

 

It is might be because of multi projects are doing Projects managers, or there is no coordination, support from the users

With whom PM are working. Basically I found users support is very imp. Without users and PM Boss , projects will

Not move fast. Why I am saying PM Boss support, he needs to educate users , projects are for them . Only PM is coordinator.

If Pm Sends mails, calls meeting but no actions or support from them then what is use of it only “frustration “.

 

This will take time for allocated projects and you have to shelve millions or shelf the project.
