Is the PMO king of the hill? Do they help PM's by facilitation, or do
they dictate all moves of the PMs working projects? Do the PMs have to
think or do they roboticly move through the motions watched from above
by the lords of the PMO. Does the PMO only dictate process and
procedure and demand metrics?
If this is all true then the PMs are doomed to prison for life at hard
labor.
