Waste Enterprisers commissioned a study of Accra's public toilets. Attached is a final report detailing several policy suggestions for improving the public toilet services.Given that Ampaabeng just pointed out a "public toilet millionaire" living in Community 20 with his VW Tuareg, this report has some interesting findings, some known and some that make me go hmmmmm.
