Prepare to be moved by this poetic ted talk! makes a compelling argument for us to rethink the kinds of developments we encourage in our cities.

While listening to this, the first thing that came to mind was the ACCRA MARINE DRIVE PROJECT.

1. Will it deliver on the promises shown on promotional materials?
2. Do the developers and our professionals involved in the project (if any) have a full grasp of the tourism market?
3. Has there been sufficient anticipation of resistance from landowners?
4. What alternative arrangements have been made for current residents of these spaces?
5. How about the bulk infrastructure needed to support this project. Would it be borne by the project or the state?

Accra we dey!

Hi all,

Good afternoon! I hope this email finds everyone well....... and I’ve a favor to ask: Could someone share the actual plan for the Marine Drive Project?

Much appreciated! Would like to read it to get a better idea of its specifics.

Best,
Victoria
