This Coming Eighth ChoDeSh is a Bit Problematic.. OLD MOON will be Visible from Temple Mount on 10/25/11 but it rises an Hour and 48 minutes before the Sun.. on 10/26/11 (our 29th) it still rises around 29 minutes before the Sun.. at PST (around 10 hours later) on 10/25 Moon Rises an Hour and 21 minutes before Sun.. on 10/26 a mere 2 minutes but still before.. What we have is Technically an Invisible OLD-MOON DAY on 10/26..
Conjunction at Temple Mount 10/26/11 at 21:55 (4 hours after Sunset).. PST it is at 12:55 but still in the second half of the day.. when the Day Started it was still OLD -MOON.. NO-MOON DAY on 10/27/11.
On 10/27/11 Temple Mount Moon Sets 10 minutes After the Sun.. PST Moon Sets 30 minutes after the Sun
ChoDeSh at Temple Mount Visible 10/28/11 Moon Sets an hour and 3 minutes after the Sun.. PST Moon sets an Hour 23 Minutes After the Sun..
Full Moon at Temple Mount 11/10/11 at 22:16.. PST: 11/10/11 at 13:16.. (A GOOD Fit)
So we are Sticking With the Projected Course..
The Difference between the Day of Conjunction and the Day of ChoDeSh?
I understand the Birth of the Moon to be Just After Conjunction almost Synonymous with this Molad.. a matter of seconds.. But a Day BEGINS at Sunrise.. I look at the State of the Moon from this Point.. Technically there are 28 Days that begin After Moon being visible.. this Lines up with Genesis 1:14 From the Lights for SIGNS and for MO'EDIM and for DAYS and Years.. these MO'EDIM and DAYS are Listed in LEV 23 Beginning with the 6 days for Work.. and ShaBaT..
There are as many as 3 days Every Cycle that do not have this Signal.. but the 28 Weekdays do.. even though this is not always the case.. due to the alternate 29 an 30 Day Cycle sometimes only 27 do..
The Visible Confirmation of Seeing the First Crescent is Important.. According to Philo the Moon is Seen on the 1st of ChoDeSh.. and according to Psalm 81:3 we have Full Moon on the 14th/15th..
