How is that you being a scientist never looked in to the Quran .... Didn't anyone hint you at what you might find in it .... I think you have the opportunity now. Good to know you are a scientist .... because if you have scientific background it is much easier to appreciate the Quran .... in fact you could really wonder about it .. simply by getting to know the various scientific information in it .... which we humans had acccess to perhaps in the last two or three cetnuries ... some of which were discovered only a few years back ....there are others yet to be proved .....

Quran remains admant and unwavering on scietific facts ... I mean there are no theories in it .... only facts ... if you are sincere and un-biased ... take a dip in to this treasure trove of information ..... If you simply read the raw Quran you will see it is kind of confusing .... but begin by reading its scientific reviews .....

This author has a huge wardrobe of reaserch materials on Quran and Science .... This will sure add credits to your standing on your rational thinking ..... even if you want to be a critic of Quran you need the authentic first hand knowledge about it ... I am sure you agree with me ...

Please stick to this excellent principle that you seem to cherish .... "One thing is for sure I do not intend to offend anyone .." I like this ... This is the civilized way of communicating with fellow beings ....

One thing is for sure I do not intend to offend anyone and yes I approach life rationally.
I just can’t take the leap of faith. There is no conclusive evidence in any book.
I will take your word about the Holy Quran. I have never read it. It may be untouched so you could be right.
That is your way in life. Fine.

My problem is that I can speak about three languages – all quite badly, with the exception of English and translation is so inexact.
I am a scientist by profession and so I look for measurable, provable facts. That’s where I kind of move off the believers pathway.
