People tend to take a lot of things rather personally Michael.  Maybe
you should temper yourself and then people won't be inspired to desire
to meet you face to face.

What do you expect would happen if you say "fighting words" to a
person?  Remember you said that you would say anything to my face that
you have said online.  Do you expect that this shouldn't incite a
person to violence?  What then is your intention?

I think you will find that law enforcement will look at the
interaction between us and conclude that you are deserving of a good
kick to the nuts.  In fact I can see the world childish being applied
to your behavior as well as mine.

You want to know what my perceived problem is Liesomemore?  My problem
is that you lied about me and our conversation.  My problem is that
you won't leave me alone on AZB and you insist on stalking me
throughout the forum and instigating trouble.

It wouldn't surprise me to find out that you lied to Mike Howerton or
Wilson and told them I called you recently.  It might surprise you
though to know I don't even have your phone number.  I deleted it
months ago and it would be tedious to go dig it up.

I don't recall saying that I was going to go to your house.  I did
mention that I know where you live, thanks to you providing that
information when you stated you would say everything to me
personally.  That was your intention right?  You state your name and
location so that I can find you to take you up on that invitation
right?  Correct me if I am wrong but no one forced you to state that
right?  No one coerced you into revealing your full name and location
with a statement saying you will insult me in person.

I don't really understand your goal here Michael?  What do you hope to
gain by continually provoking me?  What did you hope would happen when
you made your public boast that you would repeat your vile insults to
my face?  Were you hoping that I wouldn't take you up on that
invitation?

Don't flatter yourself that I would make a trip to Arizona just to see
you.  I have friends out there (who happen to detest you more than I
do) whom I would visit.  I would never come to your home Michael.  I
would just hang out in the pool room or the rec room at Sun City as a
guest of a resident and if you showed up then I would introduce myself
and allow you to repeat whatever vile things come into your head.  I
am betting however that not much will come out of your mouth.
Internet bullies rarely have the courage to carry over their vile
remarks into the real world where they can face the consequences of
such willful malfeasance in a matter of seconds.

You should really back off while it's good for you.  Leave me, my wife
and my family alone.  You have already overstepped a boundary by
attempting to sabotage my business relationship (as if my friends at
Sterling weren't already aware of my activity at AZB).  Let me put it
to you another way, if you honestly think I am crazy then treat me
that way and act accordingly.

Sure ok.  Try that one on someone else.  Seriously, you are way out
there if you think that the "state department" gives a shit about your
online arguments.  What did you tell them?  That you are afraid a guy
is going to fly in from China just to kick you in the nuts?

Trust me buddy, when it comes to crunch time you will sadly find out
that there are more people lined up against you than you realize.

Don't forget to mention to the "state department" that you invited me
to come and see you when you boasted that you would "say it to my
face" and gave everyone your name and location.

Did you contact the FBI too?  I am sure they are just really anxious
to hear about this new nut kicking international terrorist you have
found.  Don't leave the CIA out or Homeland Security.

Might I suggest you take to wearing a cup if you're really that afraid
of getting kicked in the nuts?  Because I can tell you for a fact that
many people would love to take a shot at yours.

Go tell the FBI that a gang of middle aged internet thugs are out to
wreck your balls.

I can't wait until I meet you in person.  I won't even have to do or
say anything,  I can picture the I-shit-in-my-pants expression on your
face now.  You can really dish it out but can't take it can you?

Or perhaps you are one of those people who think that words should not
have consequences.  Probably so which is why no one buys your books,
just fluff with no sincerity.

have been traveling the world for two decades without incident and

OR, you could do what I suggested to you last Christmas and simply

Let's dissect your actions here buddy boy.

You are trying to blackmail me with the threat of exposing some
mysterious information you have.  You have threatened to accuse me of
terrorism.  You are threatening to do something to other people if I
don't do what you want.  You are threatening to attempt to interfere
with commerce to further your personal vendetta.

All this because someone supposedly said they they want to kick you in
the nuts and punch you in the face?  Hmmm, I wonder why someone would
want to do that to such an insignificant little man, using the term
man quite loosely, as yourself?

I think that the "authorities" would like to know the answer to that
question as well.  You see Michael you are constantly harassing me in
public by stalking me through the forums. The evidence is clear there
and I have plenty of people willing to testify to that fact.  The
great thing about online forums is that the evidence is kept in a nice
and tidy timeline.

So "go hog wild" there buddy.  Do your worst because I not only don't
succumb to blackmail, I report it.  So this email along with all your
others this past evening is going straight to Mike Howerton so he can
see for himself how much of a hypocrite you are. Additionally this
whole exchange will be presented to many members of AZB so that the
story can be told by many voices even if mine is silenced in that
medium.

And I will also contact the relevant authorities to lodge a formal
complaint about your attempted blackmail and threat to attempt to
hinder my international travel with your false and frivolous
accusations.

You have picked on the wrong guy this time.  You can't bully me or
coerce me into submission.  Every action you take will result in a
reaction that is harder.

If you truly want it all to stop and go away then all you have to do
is apologize and stop stalking me.  Otherwise Michael every time you
accost me or accost others to get at me then you will face my rebuke.
It's a simple equation that even you can understand.  You don't have
the freedom to defame and libel me in public without retaliation.

Now, let me give you a truly friendly word of warning.  You don't want
to open up the hornet's nest that is Scott Taylor when it comes to
legal fights.  Scott relishes a legal fight and he attacks with a
tenacity that would make a pit bull cower.  If you unjustly attack his
company with the intent to cause them harm over the personal
disagreement between you and I then you will have some real problems
and I will sit back and enjoy the show.

I am in China and preoccupied with my business so I can't very well
effectively pursue my civil recourse against you.  You don't want
Scott coming down on you though.  To show you that I am compassionate
and cognizant that you are still worthy of some mercy at this point I
am not going to share your threat to attack Sterling Gaming.  They
have already laughed off your first attempt but if you insist on, how
did you say it, keeping them in play, then you will surely regret that
in due course.

So again Lalumiere, the ball is in your court.

Mike,

Here is a conversation between Lalumiere that took place last night.
As you can see he is attempting to blackmail me into submission by
threatening to harass Sterling Gaming and to make some sort of
accusation to the "State Department" in some attempt to have me
branded as a terrorist.

Keep this in perspective please.  I called this asshole once a long
time ago in an attempt to make peace.  When I got him on the phone I
was nice and cordial and when we hung up it was polite and peaceful.
Then he goes on your forum and slanders me some more with a fabricated
story.

And even after I came back to AZ after that one month ban the first
thing I did was send him a PM apologizing for the phone call and told
him I should have asked his permission to call first.  If you don't
believe me then ask Chris Tate as I forwarded the PM to him at the
same time I sent it to Lalumiere.

I have done everything short of offering this asshole a blowjob to
make peace.  You allow him to come into threads for the SOLE purpose
of attacking only me, offering nothing of value to the thread's
content, and I guess I am supposed to just lie down and take it?

Now he is escalating it by contacting the people I do business with
and threatening to put it all on the table......

Well, it's time for you to step up and do something about it if you
really believe that this is inappropriate.  I see that he is not
banned.  Nor is Eric Hu after being told to leave me alone.  So from
the outside looking in it appears that there is a double standard at
play here.

My ban is completely inappropriate.  I am the victim here of a
malicious bully who denigrates everyone who dares to cross him.  The
history shows that in the last four months or so EVERY single clash
between us has been due to him instigating the fight in a thread where
he had not other comments other than to insult and harass me further.

So take a look at the exchange below and see if you feel that this is
now worthy of being acted upon.
