Since joining AZforums I've learned of at least 5 people who have been
Internet stalked by JB Cases. When disagreed with John Barton of
Sterling Games becomes abusive and threatening. Normal people fight
back when abused but that only starts John Barton on an Internet
stalk. People who have disagreed with him automatically get several
vile emails and personal messages. Barton demands you talk to him on
the phone so HE can settle the issues that caused him to tell you he
was coming to get in your face. He's called places of business, and
people's homes leaving vindictive and threatening messages. He's
called people's relatives trying to get information. He contacts
government offices trying to report what he sees as business
irregularities of people he's stalking.

And the worst part of this is people on azforums enable him in doing
this. His small group of friends says it's the people who talk back to
Barton that are at fault. Barton can hint they he would of killed you
back in the day and the enablers say well you deserve that for pushing
his buttons. John he needs serious help.

Mr. Wilson is the forum moderator that can't see the forest for the
trees. He equates people talking back to Barton as the same as
threatening to hurt them in so many words. AZmoderators are tone deaf
in the extreme. In many ways they are at fault at allowing people to
get the "John Barton'' treatment. Shame on them.

Bullshit. Who are they then and who are you? Maybe this "group" is
also a form of harassment and stalking, I bet it fits every
definition.

Also bullshit. Anyone can see my posting history and see all the
timelines. I make my points without personal slurs UNTIL someone else
decides that they can't win without insulting me in some personal
manner that they think will close down the discussion. When that
happens I come over the top with logical points pertaining to the
topic AND personal insults designed to hurt. And they do as evidenced
by the existence of this group. I won fuckers! Faced with the truth
about yourselves you can only resort to something like this.

But you don't realize that I don't care if everyone on the planet
reads everything I wrote. Because the truth is the truth and you
can't make your spin into the truth simply by publishing out of
context posts.

Bullshit. It actually takes quite a bit of work to get an email from
me. Ask my customers. If anyone gets an email where I voice my
displeasure with their actions then you can bet that they damn well
deserve it.

Sorry but this is also wrong. I have never demanded of any person
that they talk to me on the phone. I have called several people with
whom I have had disagreements that got out of hand online and tried to
mend fences. That has only failed in one instance and only because
the other side ran to AZB and flat out LIED about the conversation.
Also it should be mentioned that the other party in this instance
INVITED the phone call as he said, 'anything I say about John Barton I
will also say to his face'. This was said knowing that I live in
China and am highly unlikely to actually show up to have things said
to my face. I think most people would consider that a phone call
would be close enough for someone to make good on their boast of
telling it to my face.

But, as I said that is not why I called this person, I called this
person to attempt to smooth things over and resolve the conflict as I
did a FEW times with others with success.

Not true.

Also not true. I called the listed phone number of the above
mentioned person and his mother answered the phone. She volunteered
the phone number for her son without any prompting from me. I thanked
her politely and hung up. Once again I don't see where this is a
problem since he made an open boast that he would say it to my face.
If he did not actually want to do that then why did he tell everyone
on the AZB forum his name and location? All I did is look up the
phone numbers based on the name and location HE provided. Otherwise I
would not have known his name. I mean when I invite someone to
confront me in person and they call me then I consider that in person
enough.

Actually no, I didn't call to report anyone. I was looking up the
relevant laws pertaining to Jack Justis' claims about how his business
is registered because of accusations he posted on the forum. Turns
out that Jack is operating his manufacturing business under a home
office license. Manufacturing businesses in private homes are against
the law where Justis lives. Because you see if a person FUCKS with me
then I certainly am going to do my homework so that I have whatever
ammunition I need. Had Jack not made insinuations about me and my
business then I certainly wouldn't have cared how his business is
registered.

No stalking here, just proper business information to protect myself
against a hostile competitor. And it's all on my blog for the world
to see. Jack Justis is a hypocrite who stands under a Made in USA
banner while sourcing the interiors from China.

No, my friends rightly point out that when you make an EXTRA effort to
stalk me through the forums and jab at me with personal insults then
don't be surprised when I ream you.

Excuse me? If it were up to Dave Wilson then I would be banned right
now. Wilson listened to a flat out LIE by a major instigator and
extended a week's ban into a 3 month ban. That was rescinded by Mike
Howerton when the facts were brought to light. The instigator and I
were both given a week's ban for going at each other's throats then
the instigator LIED to say that I then called him at home afterward
which was wholly untrue. I don't even have that person's phone number
any longer as I erased it months ago.

Sure they are. They see the situation just as it actually is. Some
people are stalking instigating trolls and they don't like it very
much when I stand up to them and call them on their bullshit. Like
here. I am sure that this post will get erased here but I will have
an email copy of it to repost at will. Also YOU, Michael Lalumiere,
mlalum, now have a lifetime ban at AZ's forums. So it's only natural
that you would hold a grudge.

This has nothing to do with pool. It has everything to do with one
tiny pricked man who can't fade the heat when he steps into the
kitchen. It's a conflict created by one jerkoff asshole who is HATED
- HATED in his local community and equally disliked on AZB. That
person is a liar and a hypocrite and he can't stand to be called on
that.

Making it into something that he thinks affects the game of pool's
fortunes and reputation is just another example of how he exaggerates
and lies to himself and everyone else. I guess he hasn't been to any
of the forums for the major sports like basketball to see how people
fight at those places.

Anyway this plea for attention is particularly pathetic and weak. But
it's fine with me as I can defend myself just fine. Let's all see if
he censors this answer.
