My name is Heather Ureksoy. I am currently working on my dissertation
in organizational psychology at the University of South Florida. I am
contacting you because of your involvement in the National Career
Development Association, and our shared interest in continuing to
explore the field of career development.

My dissertation focuses on better understanding workers' attitudes
