Hello all,
Smith Street Stage is faculty member/alum Jonathan Hopkins theatre company. This year the company is performing, Edgar & Jacobs, a Halloween Radio Play featuring fellow faculty member/alum Pete McElligott and Adler Alum Patrick Harvey. ONE NIGHT ONLY, TOMORROW, OCT. 31st at 7pm!!
Happy Halloween!

The Smith Street Sun

“Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality.”
- Edgar Allan Poe

For one night only, Smith Street Stage will bring the work of Edgar Allan Poe and W. W. Jacobs alive in the Robert Acito Park House, in Carroll Park in radio play format. Become apart of a live studio audience as 3 actors create a world of sound which will engage your imagination and transform you to another time.

This workshop production will feature Smith Street Stage veterans, Pete McElligott, Patrick Harvey and Beth Ann Hopkins. No ticket is required although donations are accepted. Performance begins at 7pm and runs for one hour, so still plenty of time for trick or treating. I hope you can make it and please don't be late. There are minimal seats in the Park House.

For more info check out the articles below.

“I wanted to bring people back to a time when they didn’t even have something to see, so that they could just listen and be engaged,” said artistic director Beth Ann Hopkins

"Actors from Smith Street Stage will enliven tales from writers Edgar Allan Poe and W.W. Jacobs in "Edgar & Jacobs," which will be performed for free inside the brick Robert Acito Park House on Halloween night."
