The day starts with sunlight, a nice break from the cold and windy rains that are common this time of year.  By mid-morning, the muddy ground actually looks dry, with pockets of puddles and mud dotting the landscape.

While caravans follow only a rough schedule, given the numerous factors which can speed up and slow down a caravan, but Nymh and Feathil know, through contacts, that the caravan is to arrive today, based on reports from lone travelers who move faster than a caravan.

5 large wagons, each with a driver and each pulled by a work-horse, move through the city gates, and to an area just inside.  Near the open market, this is the normal place for caravans to remain while in the town, either to purchase supplies, or to sell wares.  The wagons are unhitched, and blocked, and the horses kept in a nearby stable, to rest for the next stage of travel.

Along with the wagons, two riders escort the caravan on sturdy-looking horses:  One looks human, wearing a leathers and a cloak of brown and green.  The passengers in the second wagon appear to be a human husband and wife, each wearing clothes a little too fine for the road, though obviously not wealthy enough to hire their own transport.  From the third wagon, a thin looking elf steps down, glancing around the area curiously.  He seems unsure of where to go briefly, then starts in the same direction of the husband and wife.

It is the final passenger who receives the most attention from the drivers, however.  Shapely legs, which seem to go on forever, support a stunning visage in human form.  Long amber hair falls, exactly the way it should, over well formed breasts that are barely contained by tight-fitting, but colorful robes.  A holy symbol of Sune is worn around her neck.   She pauses long enough to give her driver a brief kiss on the cheek, then starts for the town proper as well, politely turning down several offers of escorts.

I'm assuming Nymh will be there too - we need to get the whole team on
board, minus the goblins :-)

First step will be to do some reconnaissance and info gathering.
1. Figure out when they're leaving.
2. See if the caravan is unguarded at any point or the least-guarded times.
3. See if any of the drivers might be open to bribery

Either, both, or neither.  I didn't want to assume, so it's up to you.

It's easy to figure out that the caravan is scheduled to leave in 2 days.

for the rest, I will need a little more detail as to the plan.  :)

If you have a spell to make Nymh invisible, will be easy to sneak up and poison the water of all the wagons at night.  At the same time, I can reconnoiter for any packages that match our expectation, so we know which one to target.  Then, when the goblins attack, with orders to fall back if they meet too much resistance, the both of us can sneak up and grab what we are looking for.  Either invisibly, or disguised as gobbs.

Alternatively we can try the bribe, but I'd still like to know which one has it, so we do not end up having to bribe them all.

One of the things to keep in mind is that everything in Fate is skill based.  So, for example, a spell to make someone invisible would be a + to stealth, but not absolute like in D&D.  The possible exception would be a stunt.

My stealth is already pretty high, so at night, with any other bonus, I should be pretty good.

Also one of my aspects is nose for treasure, which we described as a tendency for finding the most valuable item,  just hoping for a strong point in he right direction.

Illusion is not Faethil's specialty, but transmutation is high up
there. He can give you the stealth of an owl if you so wish.

I have the Poison plan and can FF to the evening.  I need a (little?) bit more on the bribery plot.  How are approaching the mark, which mark, etc.

So...

Do you want me to FF to the evening for the poison, or are you doing anything first?

I wasn't sure how my compatriot wanted to handle the bribery, so sure.

The instructions to the goblins would be to harass, and try to keep the wagons penned in.  If they can raid one of them, go ahead, but be careful not to over commit.  We will be sure to reward them greatly out of whatever they get, but they should try to keep the guards occupied, and try to stay alive, in that order.  Fall back when you hear this signal (whatever shrieking animal noise that we can best recreate).
