Chapter 4, new hosting, and new discussion board

Hi all,
I've been unhappy with my current hiosting for Tenthleaf for a while
and I have found some new facilities which should be better.

I'm hoping to flip the switch this weekend and put the whole of the
Tenthleaf site over to new hosting. A benefit of this is that I now
have access to database facilities, and I have taken advantage of this
to set up a discussion board.

Chapter 4 is ready to go now, so once the new server is up and running
you might like to drop by to take a look at the new content.

It is possible that some strange things may happen when the site
switches over (it might go down for a while) - I'm keeping my fingers
crossed.
