From developing an app/website to launch it there are many processes involved but the first step is you must to have an a little bit of programming knowledge whether you will hire someone or you will develop it by yourself doesn't matter that much..

Programming is the process of taking an algorithm and encoding it into a notation, a programming language, so that it can be executed by a computer. Although many programming languages and many different types of computers exist, the important first step is the need to have the solution.

       As it's norm in today's world "Programming is just like any other language we speak but difference here is that it's an tool to talking with machine." Machine/computer never talks in our regional language it understands language of 1's & 0's.We cannot speak in that language so we developed an interpreters/softwares so we can write programs.

There are many programming languages but there are some basic languages every person must learn which will help him/her in future.
