Oh, I thought you were going to create it in the SoC Community, Mark, via the "Events" link in its left sidebar? .. now it's naked out there alone.. lol.

I don't see a way to move it there.. but I think that'd be place to have it.. in the SoC Community, instead of out there in the open.. lol.

I did click on the Events tab to create it. Should I delete it? It's only shared to my SU Friends circle.

Yeah, I'd keep it open in a separate tab so you can see all the info, and then just recreate it in the SoC Community, and then delete the G+-wide one.

I think I deleted the first one, then created a new one within the SoC community, but I seem to be the only one who can see it. I'm trying to share the Event with everyone in the community but unsuccessfully so far. Why don't you try doing it, Joe? Perhaps you'll have better luck. :(

I can see it fine, Mark.. I sent everyone the invite who I invited to the community, so they'll all get it. :) .. thanks for moving it over, Mark!

And it shows up off to the right in the community under the list of members as "Upcoming" so everyone will surely see it.. yep, I think I'm liking communities better than groups now.
