Here is the most updated version guys - we need to be prepared to present on Tuesday, I would rather just volunteer to go then and get it over with. We need to add a few things: (please re-upload it here if you make any changes)
1. Safety:
      - a locking mechanism which would stop the climbing mechanism if the battery dies
      - a warning light when the battery gets to 20% capacity
2. Center of Gravity (COG):
     - a slide explaining where the COG needs to be during climbing
     - slider mechanism that can move the COG if necessary (as discussed)
3.Torque to the wheels
     - I need to re-add the bevel gearing to power the wheels
4. Sister bars to join self leveling 4 bar mechanisms.
     - Philippe please add this to the solidworks model you have
5. Calculations: keep them in variable form as quantities are subject to change as the design moves foward
     - We all need to work on the velocity and acceleration of the 4 bar mechanism with the displacement equations Singh and Ralu have already come up with
     - Speed ratios & Torque to the wheels and angular speed of climbing: I was informed by Dr. Honarmandi that the speed ratios can be calculated the same for bevel gears as we have done in class for involute gears (the rest of the equations however, don't apply).

Here is the most updated file
For tomorrow:
Ralu - please add the equations of motion for the climbing mechanism onto this file.
Philippe - please update the pictures of the 4Bar to the new one and make a new video (I think before you were using animation - you to use basic motion or motion analysis and it works)
