Hey guys-

So I went to Realty World this morning and I asked them about the issues that were brought up yesterday during the house meeting. As to the hurricane window breaking, someone is said to stop by tomorrow to take a look at the damage. The same goes for the leaking bathtub upstairs on the second floor. When I asked about how to turn on the heat, the girl at the desk told me that the plumer (why the plumer, i don't know) should have stopped by to turn it on. When I let her know he didn't because it's still freezing, she told me she was going to send him to our house. As to the lease renewal, she told me that renewal letters are going to go out in the next couple of weeks but if we have any questions (i.e. rent increase), we should contact Marry Umbrell. Besides that, it was mostly her telling me that everything will me taken care of blah blah blah same old same old. I guess we'll see.

Hi, 

So someone stopped by- not the plumber. He didn't know what to about the kitchen window, he will be back next week once he figures out how to replace it (fingers crossed!) No mention of the gas. 

Ryan, chime in if I'm missing anything he said.

Yea the nice handyman stopped by and said he would replace the windows (kitchen, madison and my room) early next week. In regard to the bathroom, MICHAEL AND RUS, he suggested to continue showering and let him or Realty World know exactly where the leak is happening. If you haven't seen anything, then it's probably occurring in the pipes meaning that he will have to take out the disco room ceiling (if we can trust that he'd actually do that).

We see water running onto the floor behind the shower head/bath tub faucet thing, so it likely has something to do with the pipes. What if repairs take place during thanksgivingish time? Rus will you in the house then or not? I'm gone the whole week so that would be ideal timing....
