There a couple of things that we were looking to fix (John, do you mind talking to Realty World?)

1. There is a mouse hanging out in the first floor ceiling. Elliott and I hear him crawling around up thurr.

2. The third floor bathroom needs a new doorknob

Hey guys-

So I went to Realty World today and the chick at the front desk wrote down all of the current issues going on with the house (1st floor mouse and 3rd floor bathroom knob/lock). She told me that the exterminator can only go to the house next thursday because he had already left for the day and the handyman can show up at any time. Let's see how this goes...
