A Workout to do at Home or on the Road!

This is what I call the 8 round workout! Each round should last a
minimum of 2 minutes or more! However cardio work is always double
the other rounds. So, for example, if all the other rounds are 2
minutes each, the cardio should be 4 minutes.

Round 1: Cardio (Jumping Jack, Rope Jumping, etc.)
Round 2: Push Ups (Any Variation! Diamond, Middle, Wide, etc.! You
can do them on your knees if need be.)
Round 3: Ab Work (Any)
Round 4: Leg Work (Any! Squats, Lunges, etc.!)

*Repeat this rotation twice!
